Dennis A. Sharp, Chairman of the Board, commented “PetroMaroc’s board sincerely thanks Mr. Deacon for all of his efforts and continuing support of the Company, and wishes him well in his future endeavours.” The Company has appointed Mr. Sharp to serve as the CEO of the Company.
